As with all Gueuzes, Hanssens is a mixture of several vintages to produce a lambic which is refreshingly fruity. Despite being one of the smallest blenderies in Belgium, Hanssens can still claim to be one of the oldest. It has been on the same site since 1895 and there is evidence it was been making beer decades before that.
