Perry - Oliver's, Herefordshire - (6%) 330ml

A blend of Herefordshire bittersweet cider varietals, keeved and racked six times during fermentation to give an off dry gently sparkling Pét Nat cider. Deep orange coloured liquid, pours with gentle fizz. A very fruity nose-ripe, rich apple. This explodes in a fruity taste with nice sharp zing. Pithy and fresh with nice bittering pip in the finish.
